The apartments are nice, and stylish. People who works in the building are nice and willing to help the resident. The rent is convenient.

It's nice living here. The apts are well appointed - hardwood floors, granite everywhere nice shiny appliances. They keep the noise level under control which is why I renew.

I move in in September and I have experience only good things here. The staff is professional and very helpful. The apartments are spacious with great amenities. The building is always clean and quiet. The only negative would be getting a visitor parking pass at the last minute on the weekends can be problem if you have guests that will stay over two hours.

My girlfriend and I live here and we love the apartments. The location is great and only minutes for us to get to work. It's a very quiet building with extremely detailed features in the apartment. We really like the size of the closets and bedrooms. The hardwood floors are also a plus to keep clean. I've had a great experience with the management here and maintenance staff.They are very prompt and professional. I highly recommend living here.

I would proabably tell them that I really enjoy the building, facilities, and people in the community. Overall I am thrilled to be living here. There are of course improvements that I could suggest, but they are all minor. I have had great experiences with prompt and quality maintenance, leasing, and concierge staff. That makes quality of quality of life excellent and I feel like I am getting my money's worth.

The apartments are well thought out, the sound proofing is well above standard, the amenities are excellent. A perfect place to live if you work in Arlington, Alexandria or DC.

It is a nice place to live.

The rooftop pool is awesome. Very quiet and peaceful I often go up there to read and bask in the sun. The apartment themselves are in great condition and maintenance requests get completed very quickly. The person above me has a home theatre system that shakes the whole apartment, but he has not used it past 10pm yet. The A/C unit is top notch and other appliances work great as well. The concierge is always friendly and the leasing office will always take a few minutes to answer a question.

It's a beautiful complex - the apartments are extremely nice. I love the high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and upgraded amenities. The staff is very friendly and I feel safe and secure here.

I've been at 55 Hundred in a 1 bedroom apt since Aug 2010 and I have been very happy with the staff, the quality of the apt/appliances, and the amenities. I enjoy the security of the the controlled access garage and building. The concierge staff has been pleasant and professional. Maintenance has been responsive ( when something got stuck in the garbage disposal). Great value when I first leased, by far the best apt overall on Columbia Pike.

I decided to rent here site unseen, I was away for military training at the time and I knew I had to move when I came back to the area. I wanted someplace upscale, quiet, and with stores within a convient walking or driving distance. This place was the perfect spot, shopping nearby and only takes me 20 mins to get to work. The leasing agents werer friendly and attentive from the moment I walked thru the door, couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
